Don't Cry For Me, Noriega

Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega is suing the makers of the popular video game, Call of Duty, for using his likeness without permission.
In “Black Ops II,” Noriega’s lawyers say that he is portrayed as a kidnapper, murderer and enemy of the state, and that’s adding to the realism of the game which “translates into heightened sales.”
There is no attempted contradiction by the lawyers, saying that the portrayal is inaccurate or defamatory.
Rather, because the characterization helps increase the game’s marketability, Noriega wants a piece of the pie.
Another case of “show me the money!”
