Carson's Kitties
The Saga Continues!

About 2 and a half months ago a stray cat wandered into Ken Carson's garage and decided that a box of Christmas lights would be the perfect spot to give birth to her litter of kittens!

To ensure history wouldn't repeat itself in the form of many, many more litters of cats (at least from these little fur balls) we brought all the kitties and the stray mama kitty to the Virginia Beach SPCA.  There, the cat family was cared for in a foster home  until everybody was old enough to be adopted - and especially so the SPCA could ensure every cat will be spayed or neutered.

Well yesterday we got a call that the kittens are big enough to be adopted - so we took two home with us.  "Phuzz" and "Whiffle" have more energy than our 5 year old!  They dart accross the floor like a streak of lightning and can scale your leg right up your back in 3 seconds flat!

If you want some extra love in your home Please give the Virginia Beach SPCA a call at (757) 427-0070  or the Norfolk SPCA at (757) 622-3319.

What a Show!

It was great seeing so many 2WD / BILLY JOEL fans at his concert Saturday night at the Amphitheatre!  Mark McCarthy and I had a great time including y'all as part of our live broadcast.  It was quite a historic occasion - not only was it Joel's first return to Hampton Roads in more than 20 years, it was also the debut of Ken Carson's incredible "Kenny-Oakie" machine.  NASA discovers ice on Mars the same day as the Kenny-Oakie debut?  Coincidence?  We'll let history be the judge!  Check out The video below for some highlights and amazing "Kenny-Oakie" singing talent!
