The Glastonbury Festival is a yearly celebration of the arts of all kinds, near Somerset, England. The whole thing was inspired by “the ethos of the hippie, counterculture and free festival movements,” according to Wikipedia.
The festival features acts in music, comedy, theater, circus, cabaret and more. Call the whole thing eclectic, and you’d be right on the mark.
This year’s festival might have missed the mark though. Because one of the featured acts was Yoko Ono.
Yes, Yoko Ono, the woman perhaps best remembered as the reason the Beatles broke up.
Her performance at the festival has been called “the worst live performance ever.”
Check out the video, and see if you agree it’s way worse than Roseanne Barr’s attempt at the national anthem before a baseball game.
(No, we can’t post the both of them together. That would surely bring the internet to a crashing halt.)
